1. Product search
You may use the search engine in order to find products. After selecting search criteria (colour, size), you should click on the magnifying glass under the search box. After a moment you will see the search results.
2. Browsing products
You can check size availability by browsing particular products. Beneath each product description you can see a list of similar items.
3. Adding products to the basket and order placement
If you decide to buy a particular item, please choose a size and click “ADD TO BASKET”. Once the product has been added to the basket, you will remain on the product page (the item you have selected is already in your basket, which you should see in the top left corner of the screen). Once you select all goods you wish to buy, click “PLACE ORDER”, after which you will be transferred to your basket with the list of selected items. You will then need to choose the preferred method of payment and transport type.
Once you are sure all the data is correct, click “NEXT”, to show your order summary. If you would like to receive a VAT invoice, you can complete your company’s data here. You may also include a note to the order, using the box provided, and confirm your purchase by clicking “PLACE ORDER”. Once you do so, your order shall be processed by the store. You will be informed by e-mail about every change of order status.
4. Order status updates
Once your order is being processed, you will be informed by email of all changes of order status. These may include:
NEW ORDER” – your order has been placed, but store employees have not yet started processing it.
AWAITING PAYMENT” – the status will appear in case of advance payment. The goods are set aside for you and sent once payment is received.
ORDER IN PROCESSPRODUCT LIST COMPLETE”
ORDER IN PROCESSPRODUCT LIST INCOMPLETE”
“RELEASED” – your order has been packed and ready for shipment (which will take place on the same or next working day).
ORDER COMPLETED” – your order has been fully processed and dispatched.
“CANCELLED” – if you cancel the order or request store employees to do so.
“SUSPENDED” – the status will appear if we cannot complete your order (of which you will be earlier informed).
Your order status can be checked at any moment by logging on to your account. If you experience any difficulties, please contact us and we will do our best to answer your queries.
