Returns at BiuBiu.pl
Customers are guaranteed the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the returned goods are unworn, clean, scent (e.g. perfume, body lotion) free and have all tags attached.
In order to ensure a fast returns process, items and completed returns form (which you will find on the other side of your order confirmation) should be sent to:

Once the returned goods are received (customers shall receive an email confirmation), a refund is made within 10 working days. The refund is made to the credit card/Paypal account from which money was initially transferred.
Goods for which the complaint or return has been denied (returned after the 14 day period, tags removed, dirty or damaged items) shall be returned to the customer. The cost of such returns will be paid by the customer.
How to make a complaint/exchange or return goods
If the ordered items appear to be in the wrong size, they may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the returned goods are unworn, clean, scent (e.g. perfume, body lotion) free and have all tags attached. You also need to attach the receipt..
Carefully and securely packed goods (to avoid damage in transit), with the receipt and completed exchange form attached, should be returned to 3K s.c., 40-149 Katowice, ul. Bytomska 8. Goods should be sent by recorded mail and customers should retain proof of postage, as BiuBiu.pl cannot be held responsible for lost goods.
Exchanges at BiuBiu.pl
In case of exchanges, customers should place a new order, adding a note about it being an exchange order, and enter its number in the exchange form. Payment should be made as in case of a regular purchase.
Faulty or damaged goods may be exchanged for new items, provided that the complaint is made within 14 days of receiving the order to: 3K s.c. 40-149 Katowice ul. Bytomska 8. 3K s.c will then send a new item, covering all costs. In case of an unjustified complaint or products damage the fault of the client, all costs are covered by the client.
